@zachary_ashburn It’s a great way to get the place as a buyer if there is competition. Did it a decade ago and love the place i live in. Something about “show me the incentives…” Not sure about the seller’s side but a 2x commission was probably quite motivating.

@BullandBaird Now tell it “write a program to calculate the number of occurrences of a letter in a word” then use that to find the number of “d” in each day if the week. It is only a matter of the next model before this behavior is baked in the chat app. It already do this in codex/ cowork

I now have @claudeai code down to $20 plan mostly for continuity (was at $200 last month, $100 this month). @OpenAI codex is now on the $100 plan. Might move to $200 as needed. Codex is just better and nicer to use.
