@SingaporeAir ION rep said she would call back before 5pm so I’m waiting. But I wanted to flag that there is likely a flaw in your system when you bid for an upgrade - removing the ticketed status of a booking and causing lots of undue stress! Staff also aren’t aware of how to resolve.

@SingaporeAir (3) so disappointed in my favourite airline who has always been efficient and organised. Your CS reps have been v polite and it’s not their fault but they do not have access to the info to help me. Wasted our whole day and we still have no idea if we can fly?!!

@SingaporeAir (2) I had bid for an upgrade earlier this week and my CC has been charged for the same amount. I’ve had to change family and work plans on my penultimate day here to deal with what is clearly a flaw in your bidding systems. I wish I hadn’t even submitted one now.

@SingaporeAir (1) flying in 36 hours time, had a confirmed ticketed reservation. I got this email this morning. Have spent 6 hours in total waiting or speaking to your reps (on the phone and at ION) who cannot give me an answer - still waiting for a callback
