This account is that of the Liverpool OCD Support Group. The group has been running for over 10 years. We meet the 1st Wednesday of the month for 2 hours. We are a group for sufferers and their familys. The group is a safe place where OCD can be talked about and never judged.
This week marks the start of OCD Awareness Week, but any awareness also means awareness about the shortcomings of NHS treatment for OCD. Later in week we will be publishing our seven point plan that within calls on @NHSEngland to ensure NICE/IAPT minimum standards are adhered to.

This is my friend Brian. Brian also has emotional contamination OCD that once led him to sell most of the furniture of his home and even his vehicle. Brian surprised me at the OCD walk yesterday - bringing with him an object he once could not look at or touch. This is recovery.

This account is that of the Liverpool OCD Support Group. The group has been running for over 10 years. We meet the 1st Wednesday of the month for 2 hours. We are a group for sufferers and their familys. The group is a safe place where OCD can be talked about and never judged.
This week marks the start of OCD Awareness Week, but any awareness also means awareness about the shortcomings of NHS treatment for OCD. Later in week we will be publishing our seven point plan that within calls on @NHSEngland to ensure NICE/IAPT minimum standards are adhered to.
