@OCDUK Thanks for getting back to me- I’m under the home treatment team at the moment but have been told it’s a 2 year waitlist for secondary care. Looking into other options

@OCDUK I’ve had OCD for a long time. Several years back (my mid-twenties) I ended up having to wait a year or more for CBT. It’s got to the point now where I feel I desperately need help again, but have put it off for years because of the long wait. But I’m gonna get in touch with GP.
