What occupations do higher functioning narcissists/psychopaths seek? A role where they: - have control. - are seen as an expert so can’t be challenged. - can get away with sadistic ‘toying’ of others emotions & minds. - can lead a double life. - can make extra $$ nefariously. Many roles meet these criteria. Some that came out of my research included CEO’s, board directors, entrepreneurs, business owners, medical specialists, nurses, psychologists, judges, lawyers, law enforcement, religious leaders, academics, teachers, managers and others.

Being denied the right care because your illness/symptoms are wrongly seen as psychological is devastating and happens all the time in healthcare. For Maeve, someone with very severe #MEcfs, which is structurally neglected and misunderstood, it led to her death. #MaeveInquest
