My entire adult life, I've known I needed to take my health seriously. But until 2023, I've: • Slept 5 hours a night • Ate pizza 4 times a week • Exercised 5 times a month I didn't change until I found a strong reason to do so - more energy. Without a why there is no how.

Listening to book summaries while working out hard has changed the game for me. What I listened to this morning -The Richest Man in Babylon. -Your Money or Your Life. -Think and Grow Rich. The trifecta for success.
Hit pause on the scrolling, and let's get back on the saddle. -Lift one more rep. -Work one more hour on your business. -Visualize success for ten more minutes. It will all compound.
Pursue the skill that'll serve you for a long time. If you love to create content, get involved in social media management. If you love to lift, get involved in exercise science or personal training. Have that going while building the vision.
It’s a good sign of a phenomenal morning workout tomorrow when I see my dad added Alex Pereira’s walkout song to the family playlist. We all need to feel like an Amazon warrior every once in a while or else how are we hitting PR’s.
2018: Analyzing the best workout routines to build a better body. 2021: Diving deep on the mindset of winners and successful people. 2023 and beyond: Building and improving the content.
One of my favorite techniques on building the mindset is having the scene of your success play out. Maybe I got recommended too many success shorts but damn I think I have “Stereo Love” as my favorite song while building the vision.
