@OctopusEnergy why are you charging my account but not providing a bill. How am I meant to understand whether I’ve been billed properly. The roll out of the charge cap has been a complete mess, doesn’t work consistently and can’t even get a bill to check it’s billed right
@OctopusEnergy why am I getting much less charging than the 6 hours since the charge cap was introduced. Required the full 6 hours yesterday and only given 3hrs 47mins. Now having to charge on expensive public chargers today just to get home from work. Really poor rollout.

@agile_phil @Rob_Quads @sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy would be good to have an option to limit to only 7p charging, you could guarantee 6 hours but if the grid is green offer more, I’d be happy to accept I may only get 6 hrs but could get more. Makes green nights still viable and for me who uses 50kw each day commuting would be good
@agile_phil @Rob_Quads @sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy I do a lot of miles and with the drive pack no longer being available I will regularly go over the 6hrs. I think adding an option to not go over 6 hours will be welcome as for me charging on the 7p rate is cheapest, however, charging at work is cheaper than the bump rate.
@OctopusEnergy once again when there are issues you stop communicating on DMs. Always quick and keen to get it away from public eye but as soon as it is the service is awful. Don’t care about customers only brand image.
Do not get an @AndersenEv charger if you want to use @OctopusEnergy the integration doesn’t work, octopus promise help but then stop replying as soon as it’s in the DMs. No help from them despite them advertising integration as a key selling point.
@OctopusEnergy I’ve been trying to connect my Andersen A3 to intelligent go and it just sticks at ‘onboarding in progress’. No ability to set a charge schedule. Emails have been sent but no reply and no way to call on a weekend. Very poor service

@BritishGasHelp Hi Adele, I have sent you a DM, I hope you can prove my expectations wrong but I’m not expecting much. Every contact I’ve had with British Gas has been terrible, they appear to have no care for their customers and are happy to take their money. I believe homecare is worthless
@britishgas 2/2 for appointment which was cancelled and have to wait another week. Over 2 weeks with no heating or hot water yet more than happy to keep taking money without providing any service or customer care
@BritishGas HomeCare is a complete waste of money. 3 month wait to get boiler serviced which was then cancelled and delayed another 2 months. Then left with no hot water and had to wait a week for an appointment, told was fixed. Still having same issue had to wait 10days 1/2.
