@AvantiWestCoast my gf is booked on a train tomorrow but there are no seats available on the websites. Presumably there will be a seat free next to her due to covid restrictions. Is there a way to book that seat? Trying to make it to Glasgow for her grandpas 90th!

@ThreeUKSupport It was live chat through the website. They couldn’t fix it so they gave me a number to call. I called and spoke to 4 different people and they weren’t able to fix it. They said to check the website to see when the works in my area were finished. It’s been 11 days without WiFi.

@ThreeUKSupport we have a 5G box and we’ve not had internet for a week. The status page says the network is down. Can you get someone to message me because this is unacceptable. We cannot seem to get anyone on the phone who can help us. Please help.
