I've just cut ties with a long-term client whose values and projects don't align with me and my business anymore. Always feels counter-intuitive to let a client go, but when every interaction puts you in a bad mood, it's time to let go.
Quick question, I placed an order with a small business 6 weeks ago. It said it would be dispatched within two weeks, but it still hasn't been and I cannot get hold of the person. Last update was the end of May where they said it would be shipped 'this week'. What do I do?

@lisakgust It's interesting. My experience recently is the opposite. I have over the years cancelled a lot of people who I could not agree with anymore. Now I'm changing. Nobody is perfect, and some of the greatest experiences I made are with people who really are not agreeing with me.

@lisakgust Sensible There are people who take undue advantage when you are considering their long term association on personal regards (add-ons at no cost, discounts at large, etc.). Once you are okay with their dominance, they will push even more

I've just cut ties with a long-term client whose values and projects don't align with me and my business anymore. Always feels counter-intuitive to let a client go, but when every interaction puts you in a bad mood, it's time to let go.
