Tatap mata anak, sentuh, senyum, puji, support, jgn bicara sambil berlalu atau sambil ngomel. Tunggulah kalo anak lambat. Ngga segan being silly with children, nari sama anak, lompat sama anak. Krn ini preschool, bkn SD.

Akhirnya guru kesal kalo anak ga tertib, susah antre, ga mau duduk diam. Klasikal spt ini kaya anak SD. Maunya aku, guru ada waktu kenali anak, kalo anak menggambar ato menyusun balok, ditanya 'Lagi buat apa?'. Didorong utk cerita. Ngobrol lah dgn akrab sama msg2 anak.

Kuliat preschool (apalagi yg skelas muridnya byk) spt terburu2, ingin menuntaskan target atau menjejali anak dgn byk hal (tema, angka, huruf, doa). Setengah jam di satu kegiatan, trs hrs ganti. Ga bs perhatikan anak satu2. Ngga bs berinteraksi / ngobrol dgn anak satu2.

Rasanya blm (atau jarang) nemuin guru yg sabar, hangat, ekspresif, kontak mata, ngobrol, tau apa yg hrs dilakukan spy anak akrab & percaya, atau spy anak disiplin. Blm nemu guru yg gesturnya, kata2nya & stok sabarnya bs saya tiru buat ngadepin anak, kaya Nanny 911 gt deh.
