A reliable early tell forever in startup world has been how much founders talk about themselves and “personal branding” early on vs talking about their business (same w investors talking about themselves more than deals or portfolio)
@jmduke I've never found CI to be very useful for this. Since the cause is almost always due to specific data/amount of data. I like emitting metrics & setting up alerting for when p99 etc goes too high.
