Anyone can have the ability to copy products or services. But not many can create true and unique solutions to their audience's most important problems. You decide who you want to be. Your results will depend on that decision.
To make your copy and communication more effective, don't change the message. Don't look for more persuasive words. Or the latest sales technique of the guru who made 3 million in 5 days. Change the negative belief that your message points to for a positive one. Understand?
There are 3 types of discipline: Physical discipline (you learn it in the gym). Mental discipline (you learn it by building good habits). And then there's emotional discipline (you learn it by selling every day). All three are necessary in email marketing.
Success in marketing/sales could be summarized as: -Failing more than your head allows you to -Doubling or tripling your efforts in what you see that works It's that simple (not necessarily easy).
In marketing, you can lose if you give up too soon. If you underestimate your audience. If you think you're better than everyone else. If you think you don't need help. If you're a conformist. But you can never lose if you keep trying one more time. One more day.
People don't like to sell by email because they think you have to sell "hard". After all, that's what they are used to seeing in 99% of the commercial emails they receive. But the secret is in the soft sell. Selling by implication. By what is not said.
One of the best sales mentors I've ever had once told me: «If you have a high close rate on calls it's not a good thing, it's bad. It means you're charging too little.» Good indicator of when you should raise prices.
One of the biggest mistakes that are hurting your email results is that you are not creating stress. Buying stress. If the customer doesn't feel a certain amount of stress or tension from your offer when reading your email... They won't have any justification to buy.
This is what I made with a client's list last week: 11,365€ The figure is irrelevant without having the context. But these sales were made: -In 7 days -Without ads -Without calls All lists have untapped money. Have one? DM me "EMAIL" and let's make some money.
I can't imagine a feeling that makes you feel more empowered than these: 1. Scoring a goal with Real Madrid in the Champions League final. 2. Making 1,000,000€ a year from home 3. Singing like a motherfucker the end of "Nessun Dorma".
If you can master just 3 elements, you are able to achieve almost any action in a person. Those three elements are: 1. Attention 2. Emotions 3. Thoughts I call it the "Surrender Triangle". Forget formulas and tactics in your copy. Focus in those 3 elements.
Mentality is 80% of the sale. It's not just about attitude. It is crucial to stay focused, be active and cultivate the discipline to follow a system even when results are not showing up.
Most people are stuck in their obstacles because they ask themselves the wrong questions about their problems. Just go to the "Articles" section of Linkedin. Search articles of any topic you want to contribute to. And see the stupid questions that are in there.
Aside from writing emails, what I enjoy most about my business is attending to my customers' support. I love answering their questions. Bringing them clarity. There is nothing that can be more fulfilling, besides knowing your market so much more deeply.

People love templates. Having simple and predictable ways to achieve something in less time. But most of the time they also forget the most important element of templates: Experience. With experience you not only know how to use templates but how to create your OWN templates.
The quality of your newsletter is not determined by the number of subscribers you have. Not even the amount of sales you can make at any given time. It is determined by the quality of the relationship you have with your audience.
It is surprising how in 2024 more than 95% of the newsletters on the market are untapped. Even the ones that are making money.

Daily reminder all of the highest earning creators make most of their sales from their email list.
How to create valuable content without being original: 1) Pick a market 2) Find out where they hang out online 3) Go where they hang out 4) Listen and take notes on pains, fears and frustrations 5) Create content that help them solve #4 Try it.
You don't win in the long run because you're the best at something. You win because you're the one who cares the most. Someone who cares will always find the best option. Even if not theirs. Someone who is self-centered will only present one option: theirs. Big difference.
Drill this into your brain: Copywriting is speaking to a person’s RIGHT brain. It has no logic. So the moment you make a person THINK… You’ve lost the sale. Instead? Make a person FEEL. It’ll do magic to your conversions. I promise.

"Isn't it hard to write a daily email?" Most of my emails are 300-500 words long. I bang them out before I finish my first cup of coffee. and it's by far the most enjoyable part of my day.

Let's talk about "hard value". Pros: • Easy to create • Grows an audience QUICKLY • Positions you as an expert FAST Cons: • Doesn't sell. It's a double-edged sword. And unless you understand this? Both sides of the sword will pierce your wallet.
I don't want a yacht or a rolex. I want an empty calendar and a library.
Use checklists as guidelines but never rely on them. It's not about "200 comments a day". It's about building meaningful relationships. Principles over tactics. Every damn day.
When I was 19 I worked fitting pipe work in commercial buildings. The guy I was teamed up with walked with a bad limp so I had to do twice the work. I used to call him “snipers nightmare” TBF he shared a lot of good life advice with me.

If you want to actually move FAST you need to stop asking yourself HOW.... and rearrange those 3 letters to WHO. Find the people who are strong where you are weak and weak where you are strong. Create "win-win" opportunities.
How to create UNIQUE & VALUABLE content 101: • Find content that works • Deconstruct the big idea • Niche it down to your own audience • Say it in your own words. You can artificially create content that works on demand using this. Try.
FYI… 10,000 list > 100,000 followers. 1,000 buyers > 10,000 list. And… One good email storyteller sending emails to 100 buyers > EVERYTHING.
