@LHollandSkipper Perhaps histamine intolerance? All of the foods you listed are high in histamine. I believe histamine intolerance can also affect BP. It might be worth eating only low histamine foods for a bit to see if there’s a connection🤷‍♀️

@perksofbeingHC I got annoyed with the challenges having so many nets (It felt excessive). Challenges could’ve been accessible and challenging. It’s not either/or. It really made me question if production decided to purposefully create accessibility challenges for “good content”.
