@FakeAstropix @StargazerRob @hoaxeye Definitely not a circumhorizontal arc - the sun is well below the horizon. Looks more like a rocket launch trail or chemical tracer experiment.

@BOAM_meteore Truly a monster! The strongest echo I've had for a while.

Radio meteor rates still good this morning but well down on the peak of the #Perseids yesterday morning.

Much more radio meteor activity with the #Perseids this morning so the peak really stands out from the earlier days.

Occasional long and strong radar echoes this morning, this example was probably off the ionised material left by a bright #Perseid meteor.

Completely cloudy for the #Perseid maximum tonight but the radio meteors have picked up nicely over the last couple of days, so something is happening up there...

@Steve_P_Knight @NLCalerts Very nice - looks like I could only see the top of the display from here.

Some timelapses from a good display of #Noctilucent Cloud this morning. Before it was drowned out by twilight it was all across the northern horizon, even passing overhead toward the end. Not often it's this far south. flic.kr/p/25H8w7s
