@cisgenderhaver AI driven applicant tracking systems are a major hurdle. Add to that fewer open jobs being inundated with applications. As reference, "Easy Apply" jobs on LinkedIn see a less than 2% callback rate for all jobs right now, lower in tech, which has been hit hard. You are not alone.

@pegobry_en The other day Claude gave me legitimate reference material but when I asked a detail about the material it apologized for hallucinating the references. Took me multiple turns to convince it they were real and then it apologized for "gaslighting us both".

@venturetwins Good luck on your attempt. I couldn't get Gemini to stop saying "raw iron", a term I never used but it decided to use it across all chats and context. E.g. "The raw iron of this recipe is chicken." I told it repeatedly but it's not even in my memory since it chose the phrase.
