Roosevelt football coach Matt Landers has resigned to take the defensive coordinator position at Goldthwaite. Landers led Roosevelt for five seasons, which included the Eagles' state-semifinal run in 2021, the best season in school history. Roosevelt is open. @Matt_Stepp817

Why sprint so much? (2-3 times a week, less than ten total sprints spiked up and timed per week) ⚡️ The obvious... improve max velocity. (Raise the ceiling of speed.) ⚡️ The not so obvious... improve efficiency by hardwiring good sprint habits. (Raise the floor of speed.)

Just think how far along these girls will be by the time they get into high school. 3 years of training, learning how to move, bend, squat. I bet Holliday girls athletics will see a decrease in injuries and increase in performance from this group. All pre athletics need this!!!!
