3-on-2 shooting is a great way to improve shooting & decision-making. You can try it with constraints like using 1 or 2 basketballs. Our Jungle shooting game, with options to drive and pass vs defensive pressure, replicates game-like scenarios effectively.

Why are people offended by teenagers who may not be future college players wanting to play more basketball? Shouldn’t our first goal be to promote physical activity and other life lessons through the game, not see how quickly we can get rid of everyone not deemed to be elite?

@low_madness Some may use it or think of it that way, sure. But there are 5-Out offenses of all types not just motion. As well as sets stemming from 5-out. When someone says “we run 5-out” some more information is needed. You get in a 5-out alignment and do what exactly?

Pretty much everyone's career starts the same way: with grunt work. Not just the cliched fetching of coffee, but other lowly tasks: taking notes in meetings, preparing paperwork, scheduling, intensive research - even flat-out doing your bosses' work for them.
A big reason coaches are unsuccessful teaching a Fast Break is they have practices & workouts that are not conducive to a running game. 1. Conditioning should involve a ball. 2. Drills should be 5-10 minutes max each, high energy. 3. Lots of full court work & teaching needed.
