@shenetworks @Engrpiman Furnace might be fine cause its prob got little use and furnaces and heat pumps are EXTREMELY oversized all the time. Dont replace it if you don’t have to, get it maintained but can’t go wrong with either. The main plus with gas in Texas is it still works when ERCOT doesn’t

@spaceghost @TegmaTV Crowstrike extremely expensive and overkill for consumer. So primarily just businesses and orgs hit. Individuals are affected by proxy, like flights being grounded, atms not working, etc

@Ask_Spectrum has gone down for me over 200 times in just over a month. I Have a notification setup every time spectrum goes down. Goes down so often I had to get a second ISP for failover since I WFH but it’s LTE because there’s no other high speed provider in my area.

Looks like spectrum and prob other internet services are down throughout Texas I have spectrum and version for home and both down LTE is barely working at just over 1 mbps Doubt its hurricane related but maybe. Id put money on BGP again, prob DNS Seen RGV Corpus and Austin down
