@conor64 There’s a very specific scenario where this makes sense. If you are running single deck black jack and the first few hands are very small wagers and the final person has a huge wager. If enough cards are showing you can actually get a reasonable edge.

@xwanyex To my under this system basically exists and is the standard in corporate America. Every white collar job I’ve ever had has a 90 day introductory period with an assessment at the 90 day mark that acts as gate to weed out poor performers.
