@SageCanaday I cramp doing anything. Races, training, swimming, biking, stretching, sex, brushing my teeth, sleeping. Sometimes horrible debilitating cramps that leave me sore for a couple of days. No intervention makes a real difference.

He posted this bc it’s still huge to him. Don’t know if he was wronged or not in this affair, but it seems he’s so bitter that he’s an EXPERT in, and rails against, all he sees as authoritarian, or liberal. Vaccines, WHO, Biden, climate change, medical authorities, etc.

Has anyone ever considered/investigated the idea that some older mid-pack adults can or exhibit symptoms of OTS with training that would be far less than what typically results in OTS? Or do we just assume it’s “aging?”

@davidasinclair Stuff like this drives me crazy. You know there is all types of intelligent research backing all of these supplements. it sounds super compelling. But you also know that in 10 years they will all found to be fairly useless, and a waste of money. It’s nearly always that way.
