Shout out to all the patents that are pending.
Supposedly, social media, despite its addictive properties, can be a real benefit to your law practice when used correctly. But they used to say the same thing about cocaine, so I'm taking this advice with a gram of salt.

Writing is just thinking your work is amazing and then thinking it’s terrible and going back and forth between both extremes until you finally have to submit, at which point you’ve spent so much time staring at the words that you have no idea if any of it is good or bad at all
Sometimes it helps to remember that you're basically a very old baby. Are you cranky? Have a snack. Are you sad? Take a nap. Do you feel frustrated for no reason, like the whole world is against you, but you don't know why? Maybe you need to go play outside!
