@Mark_Sisson Honey also has the same problem as olive oil: most of it is adulterated.

@tiras_corner IMHO, its obvious the healthiest way to eat is seasonally. Our entire biology is based off of cycles, both big/little. There’s totally a biological advantage to eating fruit & PUFAs in late summer/fall! That being said, I’m a legit carb addict, so apple turn to cookies too easy!

@tiras_corner Meat heavy keto maybe? I think the end goal for the healing is a state ketosis long term, carbs won’t allow that. I get you, but having an avocado or some sauerkraut doesn’t kick you out of ketosis. Yes pure carnivore is a fool proof path to long term ketosis for healing.
