Long jump PR 7.53m (24’8.5”) a much needed breakthrough as it has recently been a mental battle for me. Ranked 14th in D2 2nd best freshman. Hopefully get a shot at NCAA long jump this outdoor and not just triple.

Recently finding myself wanting much more. However this led me to think on my past reflecting on where i was just a year ago. I often have negative thoughts not being where i want to be in terms of distance. This reflection just shows i should be positive but never satisfied.
