@adage One of these things is not like the other. Forgetting your band’s name, your co-star, or that you’re the halftime entertainment - all very famous people BTW and then they throw in a life-threatening reaction? Weird and in poor taste.

@NoNutTraveler This shows the only universal protocols are stay seated when the fasten seatbelt sign is on and no smoking. I’ve never seen this but can imagine a flight attendant saying this. The same one that tells me to get out of the way as I’m trying to wipe down a tray table.

@NoNutTraveler It’s totally lost on all of these people that you were asking for enforcement of a corporate policy. Like food allergy aside - you came close to being kicked off a plane while trying to politely figure out why a fly attendant was violating her company’s rules.

@AllergicLiving @CSPI @Publix @US_FDA @USDA As of today, @Publix won’t answer a simple question. Manufacturers like @PerdueChicken state product is safe for a peanut allergic consumer. What is @Publix doing to a wrapped product that makes it not safe? If the answer is nothing, the label is untruthful and harmful.

@Publix I just attempted to shop for fresh seafood, beef, and poultry. Why is there a food allergy warning for all allergens on everything fresh? Why exclude millions of customers? Are you no longer cleaning equipment? @AllergicLiving @NoNutTraveler

@MAS Yes, I got that part. My issue is your desire for me to waive your liability. I would not eat one of your meals. I would wipe down seats, eat my own food, and keep myself as safe as possible.

@NoNutTraveler @AAFANational @AllergyAsthmaHQ @FAACTnews @SouthwestAir @USDOT We have flown three different airlines in last two weeks as we avoid @SouthwestAir. All allowed pre-boarding to wipe seats and two created a peanut-free buffer zone. Other passengers happy to comply. The difference? @SouthwestAir charges me for time to wipe seats. Unacceptable.

@Mel_Mart15 @SouthwestAir Absolutely. Trays, seats, floor filthy. You wouldn’t sit anywhere that dirty for a second with food allergy. A restaurant, movie theater, sports venue-if it isn’t clean you ask staff for help, clean area, or move. Plane dirty at boarding and no time to clean it yourself.

@BethMargot @NoNutTraveler @SouthwestAir @FoodAllergy @FAACTnews @AllergyAsthmaHQ @AAFANational @AllergicLiving The only way to guarantee time to wipe down seats and area is to purchase the most expensive refundable ticket or pay upgrade to boarding position A. This gets you on the plane before “extra time” (which really gives you not time).
