@4yearstarter69 @paragrog @srslyberserk No. Prices are set based on supply and demand. Supply is influenced by cost of minimum wages, but only slightly. Minimum wage was first set in 1933; we know what happens when it is raised. It doesn’t impact prices or inflation much at all.

@DefyGravitas @BillR Or you could just read the WSJ article that says he bought in the 1970s for $185,000 and sold it around 1996 for $1.2 million. It must have been a great place to live but it was a terrible investment.
