@hubermanlab @hubermanlab are you able to be more precise about when the ‘circadian dead zone’ begins in the morning? I try to get outside as soon as possible after waking, & appreciate it depends on location/season, but I recall you saying 9/10am? How can I know when it’s too late?! Thanks
