I get it. I’m a little biased but the level of detail and intelligence by Stan Van Gundy as a commentator is always a Basketball Clinic. I also get if you’re an idiot or fan boy, you may not always like what he says….cuz it’s the truth.
A 30 to 40 min training session with a few reps of maximal effort and a few sets of sub-maximal effort isn’t going to affect your club sports game performance 9 hours later. Your poor nutrition, and sleeping habits will. Put some weight on the bar and get stronger. 🦅💪🏻
