@Teslarati @GoGundam1 What emerged was remarkable. Info gathered by CIs hinted that by Apr 22, Const's office was already in possession of video evidence contradicting his initial statements. CIs also noted that Const's office intended to sit on the info 4 as long as possible. teslarati.com/tesla-autopilo…

@Teslarati @GoGundam1 The SpaceX enthusiast failed to get in touch with Tesla but was able to send a report to the NTSB, tipping off the agency about the additional video evidence in the Constable’s office. The $TSLA community was tapped for help as well. teslarati.com/tesla-autopilo…

Questions to ponder: The initial primary investigator is ex Texas DPS (state trooper). Why ex? What’s his experience with EV’s? If he doesn’t understand @Tesla “autopilot” suite why is he the primary investigator?

The whole case comes down to ego and ignorance. The initial report was hastily done to show the family and community something was done and an answer was found. Soon thereafter video evidence was discovered that contradicted everything. That was probably given to NTSB or 🤫

While we may never know exactly how every detail unfolded. It IS known who got in the @Tesla drivers seat and it IS known they took off at a high rate of speed which resulted in a fiery crash. Neither @elonmusk nor @Tesla are to blame. Truth is out there. forbes.com/sites/bradtemp…
