DDM concept adapted to other offenses: the "midpoint line" The midpoint line is a vertical line halfway between the midline and the sideline. We want trail player (P4 in Frame 2) crossing the half court line outside of it. The more medial 1 is, the further outside 4 is.

Sometimes doing something with great pace (cutting, getting in and out of actions) will overcome imperfect technique.
