@dillonloomis @phillipminestri I use it most of time and like it and feel safer than without. Not for unprotected turns onto fast roads- too cautious. Time horizon on highway too short making for rude lane changes: I leave on Standard and adjust max speed so it doesn’t pass.

@paulg @ChrisDJackson To be fair, his political analyst frame explains his viewpoint. I bet he sees SLS as a success because it didn't explode, didn't waste billions (bought a lot of votes in many districts and states) and its tech was very innovative (in the 60s and 70s).

@wholemars If they fix speed & lane selection on HW3 cars then ok. I have FSD and turn it off on highway. Usually optimal drive strategy is to sit in 1 lane at chosen max speed or follow distance, which 12.6.3 can’t do. Or allow transfer to AI5

@LimitingThe @LukeUSCG Wouldn’t it be cheaper to repackage AI4 components into HW3 form factor and take advantage of existing mature supply chain of AI4 parts? AI5 parts will be more expensive at start, no? Plus I think HW3 harness can at most handle HW4 power requirements. Def not AI5 peak

@farzyness @MyFleetingDream @helvio I think the GitHub argument was they have access to training data. I don’t think that is an advantage because the public code is by definition public and the private is protected unless there is backdoor in license agreement.

The pharmacist didn’t even know it-she just said sorry they won’t pay try your doctor.
