@NursingTimes @ICNurses 100% this!!! I was literally getting so frustrated the other day at job adverts/training for related job roles that ask for STEM subject/qualifications even though it's a training post in an area I do nursing in!

Alot of them don't get much sick pay nevermind wage increases so I highly doubt it. You have to fund more to pay more!
