Even though I already knew what needed to happen, having it written down in front of me reduced the effort needed to start, so I started.
Upon reading simonwillison.net/2022/Nov/26/pr… I started an issue tracker for a (non-public, sorry) project and then took out 3 long-term pain points just after the initial issue braindump.
At the very least I'm starting a draft, which is more than I usually do.
I have an idea for a blog post, but don't have a blog. This has happened before and I haven't gone through with it. I wonder if I'll do it this time.
