@united your luggage delays at @flySFO are appalling. Last time I waited 45 minutes and this time I’ve already been waiting 30+ minutes…and my bags are supposedly priority.

It will have taken a full week (and 5 separate calls) to get options level 2 trading approved with @Citibank even though I’m a Citigold client. @etrade was able to do it in 2 hours.
