@jglennfl68 @MelissaKahn7 Not necessarily true, Jeff. The Oscillating Universes theory suggests that before every (suggesting multiple) big bangs there is "big crunch" so the answer to @MelissaKahn7 's question could just as easily be the universe!

PR for Thanksgiving! I’ve done 3 10ks since I started running 3 months ago, and each time has been a great step forward. 1:32:15, 1:22:48, 1:14:53 today. I know those big jumps won’t last forever, but I’m enjoying every minute of it. #happythanksgivng #running #TurkeyTrot2018

@JasonMarcucilli Good advice Jason. Cardio endurance has improved a ton in 3 months, if ever I take a walking break it’s b/c muscles need a break more than I need to catch my breath. Goals for winter: balance the fitness/tone gain in my upper body that have already shown up in my legs, etc.

101.5 miles. 3 months ago I started running, and today I crossed the hundred mile line. I’m more hooked and motivated than ever, and am looking to get another 98.5 in the books between now and New Year’s Eve. #running. Next 10k on Thanksgiving Day! #turkeytrot

Didn’t get a chance to post after the race this weekend. But first big #running event is in the books. It was only an 8k but it was my best run yet. PR Mile, PR 5K, PR 5 mile, and the first time I saw back-to-back negative splits! 10 days to the next event!

Haven’t been tweeting much recently, but trying to keep up with the running against a frantic end-of-year schedule. 1st 10k race last weekend was a PR, and today’s 5K was within seconds of a PR. Feeling good! #running

@runspirational @BibRave There’s something nasty going around everywhere. I was knocked out with a flu-like something for 10 days and can still feel it when running... endurance took a big hit. Hope you feel better soon

Dear nearly every hotel in the world -- If need be, please make your rooms $1-10 more expensive and stop charging people for fucking wifi. In this day and age, it's like having a surcharge for toilet paper or water.
