My toxic trait is picking up dumbbells 20 lbs heavier than I can actually lift, doing 3 1/4 reps, throwing them down in a humpff, then standing over them confused... Like something is wrong with them? *oh and being an a** hole that's hard to work with **more the first one

I like to try these things, they tend to be slop. I'm a little shocked -- It's actually good. Like, really good. Not perfect, but I could see using it to make better content than I can make. It did take ~15 minutes to process my website and generate the content -- not that I mind. I might prefer the signal that it did something meaningful.

Please god please make codex stop auto loading skills -- or change the algo to be smarter. It loads skills that are not needed, helpful, or wanted. IMHO context should easily indicate this, but it seems like a fuzzy text match that's overly eager. Very bad experience, sends the
@morganlinton Seeing this makes me bullish on model routing. The bigger the difference in performance in special skills between models the more valuable platforms that route for you are. This is a huge difference btw, I think it's obvious but in just in case: imo gpt 5.6 out performed

In my experience selling directly to SMBs — a.k.a normal non technical humans: ~70% use chat gpt for questions and answers ~5% use copilot or gemini with their ms/google license ~1% use AI to complete work via work/cowork as an agent The chat gpt users think AI can’t do meaningful work. The gemini users think AI is incompetent. 99% of the 6.5 million employer SMBs in the US are completely unaware of what you and I know AI can do.
I highly recommend talking to people outside of X about AI. Most people barely use ChatGPT. And when they do, it’s to primarily rephrase emails.

@Aiswarya_Sankar Same. Ours is more efficient because it’s fully custom to us and exceedingly lower cost than what’s on the market. Also, was able to build an all-in-one from source, sequence, close, onboard which is incredibly operationally convenient.
I agree, very few. The amount of work it takes is huge, and that work compounds with a larger team and larger platform. Getting to AI-native engineering requires all those humans knowledge be distilled into patterns, rules, invariants, runbooks, and more on-disk. It also requires automation in every part of the platform: CLIs, scripts, ephemeral infrastructure to run it on, and more.
I don’t look at code anymore. None. 0%. I have systems that automate every step of the engineering process post-scoping. My flow is now 1. Present claude with a problem and riff on the solution until aligned 2. Done Problems do surface mid-work and I get notified and have to repeat the solutionizing. Eventually, the work shows up in production.
