@ANZ_AU You have been very clear in your language to say that my data will not be used for marketing. What about selling this behavioural information to insurance companies? Research is out there showing behavioural information can be used to pick up Parkinson’s progression.

@Internode Could you tell your general support folks this please? On the weekend I was told that I'd have to wait till the business support hours in the week to get support. This came from a supervisor. All calls are recorded, please check the recording.

@internode I'm on a call to support because my internet is down. I've been told that I have priority support (I pay extra for a business account). The difference between priority support and normal support is that I can't get support on the weekend. Is this right?

@dfcCostanzoDion @Internode Sydney. I finally got through to Internode Business support, who ARE open on the weekend. Unplugging the NBN box from the UPS and plugging it into the power fixed the issue. I was shocked. New UPS required I guess.

@PeterAttiaMD I pre-ordered the Audible version of Outlive in Australia. This morning my pre-order was cancelled and Outlive is no-longer in the Oz audible store. Do you know if Outlive will be available on Audible for release please?
