@ScotRail how many years does it take to replace a ramp? Hyndland hasn’t had one for 4.5+ years. Bizarre, at an AfA station… Given this results in denied boarding where the ATE is absent, or medex (as was the case this evening PA-DR44C60R) - when will these be replaced?

@ScotRail @NetworkRailSCOT the yellow edging on the tactiles at THB platform 1 has come away in a couple of places, near where the access ramp is / where the civils blue fences are. A segment about a metre long was dislodged by a 380 ramp. Can you log please?

@ScotRail @NetworkRailSCOT I’m not sure - it moved as the ramp for my train was going down. If it helps, the piece that moved is between the tarmac, and the tactiles, so I guess it’s designed to bridge a gap between them? I suppose that could form a hazard.

@ScotRail are your teams experiencing issues with the PA app? Failed assist at PTK where no one showed - I was told at PRK that there is a problem with the app. Yet, it worked fine at the origin? I’ll be writing in, but perhaps you can have someone investigate. PA-87CXYNMP
