@Jason Consciousness will still be missing. Imaging where humanity started. Everything is bing built on knowledge gained by humans over time. It’s still an human perspective and what they think.
@saurabhkoratkar @one_by_two It’s like the same road or footpath is dug up and repaired repeatedly, with taxpayers’ money being spent on the same work over and over again.
@Jason @typesfast I mean there is cost associated with. Since 3+3 doors are under utilized they made 4 doors. Can the last back doors be expanded, it’s possible but depends on the design and cost. I’m still not sold on the cars that look like gas cars. The shift in the thinking is needed.
A lot of software is about to get a lot better, right before it becomes unnecessary.
@elonmusk In the current age Humans are worthless n belittled. Therefore, it’s conscious feeling that we are being simulated.
The AI Economy — The Great Rebalancing 🏛️📉 We are entering the most volatile economic shift in a century. The traditional gears of Jobs, Wages, and Inflation are being disconnected and reassembled in real-time. The Paradox of Plenty (Deflation vs. Inflation): • Production Deflation: AI is making the "cost of creation" drop toward almost zero. Whether it’s software, design, or engineering, producing a product is becoming cheaper than ever. • Asset Inflation: While products get cheaper, the "Atoms"—real estate, energy, and raw materials—are becoming more expensive. The gap between what we can think of and what we can physically own is widening. The Employment Trap: • The Layoff Cycle: We are seeing a permanent wave of layoffs in the "Bits" bureaucracy. These aren't temporary cuts; they are structural deletions. The jobs aren't moving to another person or country; they are moving to an API. • The Wage Gap: For the 1%, wages are exploding because they own the tools. For everyone else, the "Wage Gap" is becoming a Buying Power crisis. If AI does the work of 100 people, but only 1 person gets paid, who is left to buy the product? The Dependency Risk: The biggest risk of the AI economy is Imbalance. • Innovation vs. Income: We are innovating at a speed that social systems like Social Security and tax codes cannot follow. If the "Corporate Titans" fall and the workforce shrinks, the tax base that supports the social safety net begins to crumble. • Buying Power: An economy cannot run on "infinite innovation" alone. It requires a consumer with money in their pocket. If we automate the "Buyer" out of a job, the system hits a dead end. The Reality: The AI economy is a race between Efficiency and Stability. We are gaining incredible products and lightning-fast sales cycles, but we are risking a world where the 1% are the only ones who can afford the future. The goal for the next decade isn't just to build the AI—it’s to ensure the Buying Power of the world doesn't collapse while we do it. #AI #Economy2026 #FutureOfWork #Inflation #SocialSecurity #fallofcorporatetitans
The Inevitability Wall 🏛️📉 Today, Hollywood is raising alarms over copyright and digital twins. They are fighting to protect the old way of "owning" creative output. But while they fight the legal battle today, the world knows what is coming tomorrow. This isn't just about movies. It’s a wall that every industry is about to hit. The Universal Shift: • The Creative Gatekeepers (Hollywood): They are concerned about AI "stealing" style, but the real fear is the Talent Exodus. Why would a world-class director wait for a studio's green light when they can use AI to render a cinematic masterpiece from their living room? • The Experts (Doctors & Engineers): We are seeing a move from "Consultation" to "Computation." Why wait three weeks for a specialist appointment when an AI-native diagnostic tool can cross-reference 1,000 papers in a second? The "Doctor-as-a-Service" model is being disrupted by "Intelligence-on-Demand." • The Educators: The 4-year degree is the ultimate "Coordination Tax." Students are realizing that an AI-tailored curriculum moves at their brain's speed, not the speed of a lecture hall. The Titans in these industries are trying to use Copyright and Regulation as a shield. But innovation always outpaces imagination. Hollywood is just the first domino. Education, Healthcare, and Engineering are next. The wall is here, and the only way through is to own the tools.
The Hybrid Bridge 🏛️📉 For 30 years, technology was a one-way street: the Screen told us what to do. We spent our lives translating fast thoughts into slow clicks. But the "Fall of the Titan" is happening because the mechanical bottleneck is breaking. We are moving to a Hybrid World where thoughts move at the speed of light, and screens are only there to say "Done." The Mechanical Bottleneck: Your brain is a supercomputer, but your hands are typewriters. Even with the best AI, if you have to type every command, you are still "renting your time" to the machine. Why the Hybrid Future wins: • Thought-to-Command: We are seeing the rise of Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI)—with companies like Neuralink moving into factory production in 2026. This isn't about "living in the matrix"; it's about matching your command speed to your brain speed. • Agentic Orchestration: You won’t"use" software anymore. You provide the Intent. Your brain signals the goal, the AI Agents execute the 1,000 "mechanical" steps in the digital world, and the screen only pops up to show you the final result for approval. • The Screen as a Safety Net: We aren't going to "Zero UI" yet. We need a Hybrid Interface. The screen becomes the "Review Station." You think it, the agents do it, and you glance at the glass for one second to verify. No more 8-hour stares. The Reality: The old technology giants are still building "engagement" tools to keep your eyes glued to the glass. They want your clicks. The new Sovereign Founders are building "Invisible Workflows." They use the hybrid bridge to command an army of agents with the flick of a thought.
The Survival Filter 🏛️📉 The economy is splitting into two worlds: "Atoms" (real things you can touch) and "Bits" (digital things on a screen). AI is acting as a filter. If your business is just moving data from one place to another, you are in the danger zone. If your business provides the essentials of life, you are winning. The Winners: The "Atoms" Economy 🍕🚜 The winners are those providing things you cannot "download." • Food & Essentials: You can't prompt a meal into existence. Food chains and basic goods providers are using AI to fix their biggest problem: waste. By predicting exactly what people will buy, their profits are exploding while their "overhead" stays low. • Logistics & Construction: Building houses and moving goods requires real-world action. These industries are using AI to manage machines and routes, not massive layers of people. They are becoming leaner while the "Titans" stay fat. The Losers: The "Bits" Bureaucracy 💻📉 If your business model is "renting human time" for digital work, you are losing badly. • Customer Support & Call Centers: This is the first to go. Experts warn that human-heavy support centers are facing a total wipeout. Why pay for 1,000 people to answer phones when an AI agent can handle it for the price of a cup of coffee? • Accounting & Legal Research: The "boring" work of checking spreadsheets and reading contracts is now done by AI in seconds. Big firms that charge by the hour are seeing their "Corporate Titan" model crumble because the "work" no longer takes any time. • Creative Agencies: Marketing and design used to take months. Now, a small team with the right tools can do in a day what used to take a 50-person agency. The "middleman" is being deleted. The Simple Truth: The giants of "digital work" are becoming obsolete. Their "Overhead Trap" is killing them. Meanwhile, the people who provide real-world essentials are using AI to become the new power players. Do we need softwares/ digital screens/ or just thought is good enough?
The $100M Icing 🏛️📉 For decades, the "Corporate Titan" was defined by the $100M ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) milestone. It was a badge of honor that took 10 years, 1,000 employees, and an management to achieve. In the AI age, $100M isn't the finish line. It's the icing. The Great Divide is being proven by the clock: • The Speed Record: We are seeing firms like Manus and Lovable hit $100M ARR in just 8 months. What took legacy giants a decade is now happening in less time than a single corporate budget cycle. • The "Vital Fewer" Effect: Companies like Cursor (Anysphere) have scaled to $100M—and then $1B ARR—with teams smaller than a typical corporate department. This isn't just "efficiency"; it’s a total decoupling of revenue from headcount. • The Incentive Explosion: Because these firms have nearly zero "Coordination Tax," they can offer incentives that are mind-boggling. When your costs are silicon instead of salaries, you can reward with more value than a Titan offers its entire executive board. The result is a new kind of "Corporate Anxiety." Leaders are watching these milestones pass by at a speed that makes their own organizations feel "scrappy" and outdated. They are realizing that while they are managing a 99% workforce, the 1% is leaving to build "ten-persons unicorn." In the new world, $100M isn't a sign of scale. It’s a sign of velocity.
The Capex Treadmill: Why Yesterday’s "State-of-the-Art" is Today’s Scrap Metal 🏛️📉 The speed of change in the AI age has created a new corporate nightmare: The Instant Obsolescence of Scale. In the Industrial Age, if you built a factory, it served you for 30 years. In the Cloud Age, your stack lasted five. In the AI Age? Your tech is "scrappy" before the quarterly report is even filed. The math of the Corporate Titan is failing because of the "Capex Trap": 1. The Model Cycle: Organizations are pouring billions into "Model A," only for "Model B" to drop six months later, making the previous investment obsolete. The Titan is stuck amortizing a ghost. 2. The "Scrappy" Legacy: Huge companies are currently building massive, complex "AI wrappers" around their old data. By the time they launch, a new, lightweight tool has emerged that does the same thing for 1% of the cost. 3. The Re-Tooling Tax: Every time a new "SOTA" (State of the Art) model arrives, the Titan has to retrain 10,000 employees and update 50 internal systems. The shift is clear: Yesterday’s investment isn't a foundation; it’s an anchor. We are seeing an Imbalance where the "Owners of the Tools" are staying liquid and lean, while the "Managers of the Employees" are drowning in capital expenditures for technology that is already half-baked. Innovation isn't just outpacing imagination—it’s outpacing the corporate budget cycle. If your "scale" prevents you from pivoting in a week, your scale is no longer an asset. It’s a tombstone.
The "Half-Baked" Trap: Why AI is Currently Increasing Corporate Overhead 🏛️📉 We were promised that AI would be the ultimate "fat-burner" for big organizations. Instead, for many Titans, it’s becoming another layer of expensive cholesterol. The current state of AI is "half-baked," and that’s creating a massive Imbalance in the market: 1. The Management Paradox: Big companies are hiring "AI Program Managers" and "AI Managers" faster than they are actually deploying productive code. They’ve created a new bureaucracy to manage a tool designed to eliminate bureaucracy. 2. The "Human-in-the-Loop": Because the tech is still 80% there, Titans are keeping 100% of their staff to "check the AI's work." The result? You’re paying for the software and the salary, doubling the overhead for the same output. 3. The Integration Debt: While a solopreneur starts with an AI-native workflow, a Titan has to "glue" AI onto a 20-year-old legacy database. The "glue" (the middleware, the consultants, the API fees) is costing more than the efficiency gains. This is where the Shift happens. While the Titans struggle with the weight of "half-baked" systems, the Sovereign Founders are waiting for the tech to finish cooking. They don't have to "integrate"—they just "build." We are entering a period where: • Titans use AI to try and save their old models. • Owners use AI to make the old models irrelevant. The imbalance won't last forever. Innovation always outpaces imagination, and soon, the "half-baked" tools may fully realized. When that happens, the companies that are 80% meetings and 20% work won't just be slow—they'll be extinct. The future belongs to the lean. The future belongs to the owners.
The Titan’s Dilemma: Buyouts, Buy-ins, and the $32 Billion Question 🏛️📉 Google just sent a clear signal to the market: Scale is no longer a shield; it’s a liability. Last week, the search giant began offering massive voluntary buyouts to staff. The message from leadership wasn't just about "trimming the fat"—it was an ultimatum. If you aren't "all in" on the AI-first pace, it’s time to exit. This is the Overhead Trap in full effect. While they are paying thousands to leave, they just spent $32 billion to buy Wiz. Think about that math: 1. The Internal Tax: A titan with 180,000+ people is finding it harder to innovate from within because of the "Coordination Tax." 2. The Talent Exodus: The best engineers and sales leaders may take the buyout checks to become Sovereign Founders. They are leaving the "Titan" to build the very tools the Titan may eventually have to buy back for billions. 3. The $32B Shortcut: To stay relevant, the giant has to spend more on a single acquisition than they did on Motorola and YouTube combined—just to keep pace with a world moving at AI speed. The capitalist model of "renting human time" is being replaced by the acquisition of specialized tools. Google isn't just cutting costs; they are admitting that 1,000 people in a room can't out-innovate 10 people with the right AI tools. The giants are becoming "holding companies" for tools are they missing the culture to build themselves? Or AI is already ahead of AI creators?
The Sovereign Founder vs. The Corporate Titan 🏛️🏃♂️ The builder of the "Titan's" crown will walk out the door. Last week, Adam Evans—the man who led the development of Agentforce (Salesforce’s "most important product ever")—announced he is leaving the $280B giant. His reason? To return to building startups. This is the Talent Exodus in real-time. When the person responsible for a company’s entire AI future decides that being a "Sovereign Founder" is more valuable than being an Executive Vice President at a Global Titan, the writing is on the wall. The math of the "Corporate Titan" is failing for 3 reasons: 1. The Incentives Are Misaligned: Why stay an employee and capture 1% of the value you create for a massive corporation when AI allows you to capture 100% of the value as an independent founder? 2. Agility > Scale: Titans move in years; AI-native startups move in weeks. For a true builder like Evans, a 1,000-person meeting about "alignment" is a prison. 3. The Tool Owners are the New Kings: Salesforce is trying to sell AI "seats." The builders are leaving to create the AI "tools." We are watching a Great Migration. The "brain trust" of the industrial-scale software giants is realize they no longer need the giants to reach the world. The future belongs to the owners of the tools. The Fall of Corporate Titan 👑 #AI #TheGreatExoduss
The giants aren't just being out-competed; they are becoming obsolete. The future doesn't belong to the employers—it belongs to the owners of the tools. Are we entering a new world, or will AI momentum stall? Time will decide—innovation always outpaces imagination.
The Fall of the Corporate Titan 🏛️📉 For a century, big organizations won because they had the capital to hire the most "employees." In the industrial age, scale was a shield. In the AI age, scale is a tombstone. 🧵🧵🧵
The capitalist model of "renting human time" is being disrupted by decentralized ownership. We are moving from a world of 1,000-person companies to a world of 1,000 one-person companies.
3. The Overhead Trap: Huge companies are built on fixed costs and middle management. They are "fat" in a world that now demands "lean."
2. The Talent Exodus: Why would a 10x engineer stay an "employee" when AI allows them to capture 100% of their value as a sovereign founder?
