@locust9 Yeah, but I think by playing it "safe" it loses meaning and becomes gratuitous. This was at least slightly more okay in the past, because we didn't have hot wars in Europe. Now we have young people living war and are supposed to still find it entertaining.

@KimIversenShow I have relatives in the U.S., but have decided to put travel plans on hold until 2029. (Hoping that the 22nd Amendment still exists by 2028...) Several European countries have issued official warnings after tourists have been detained at the border.

After 10 weeks of being in Europe I learned everyone…Italians, Germans, Danes, French etc are all afraid to even visit the States. They all really think they’re going to be deported the minute they land.

@JaqubAjmal You don't. All of this was also self-imposed. It wasn't like someone forced western businesses to move labor to other countries. So for the richest country in the world to suddenly turn on everyone and throw a tantrum is just ... absurd.

@_reasona_ @Investeraren På grund av klimatomställningen är nordostpassagen numera hyggligt farbar för fraktfartyg, vilket än så länge bara utnyttjats av Kina och Ryssland. Grönland är en bra bas för att hålla koll på och/eller delta i den exploateringen.
