@thekitze I do still enjoy the little puzzles the actual coding provides, but after 25 years they have more in common with a morning crossword than actual engineering. I've replaced my fondness of coding with the macro. Architecture mostly, management, alignment with business need.

@dpolehn You are squeezing everything tight but you can see your back move up before your legs push. This means you are not sufficient under tension Right before the pull there should be so much tension the bar is bent when its over ~315lb and slightly off the floor when its under.

@KnightmarishJ That second one is not achievable until you are pulling heavier weight because the tension will pull thr bar off the floor. Heavier weights will allow you to build tension by bending the bar up before the movement.

@KnightmarishJ Two visualizations that helped me understand the proper starting position. 1) Try to squeeze yourself "under the bar" (while keeping the bar mid-foot). 2) In the starting position your body should already be under immense tension.
