It's a quiet neighborhood... until this HOA Karen decides his driveway is hers. Parks there daily, builds a fence right over the property line, blocks his side with trash cans. 'It's my land per old survey!' He films everything: 'That's encroachment.' Shows measurements—it's clearly his. She: 'I am the HOA!' Gang of friends backing her up. He doesn't argue... just gets the saw. Fence crumbles piece by piece. She returns raging: 'You destroyed my fence!' He drops the bomb: 'New survey says otherwise. This is my land.' Instant reversal. Entitled neighbor's world crumbles. Sweet justice. 🪚🔥

@ColinYurcisin @blackhatkingx I know enough to be dangerous, but I think canceling your account is considered adverse action under the ECOA, which requires that the bank provide an explanation in writing with the reasons behind the decision, as long as you ask within the appropriate time period.

@brookielove44 @Ruesavatar I love this! After a week or two of sending weapons, mom can send a lunch with no carved weapons, but with grapes with a little bit of the stem (a grenade “pin”) sticking out. When the son asks why there were no weapons, she can say “didn’t you see all of the grenades?”

@ArthurBoreman @lexlanham So what? The point was that she was on a panel. All four panel members were professors. The three men were introduced using the title “professor,“ while she was introduced using only her first name. There is no indication that any PhD’s were involved at all.
