@Cleartrip No response from the CX team. Yet anthr annoying exp. So I couldn't book that night, because the website wouldn't let the payment through. Came back today, & now with everything in place, the Continue button just fails to load the payment page. What is up @Cleartrip!

@Cleartrip - Identical itinerary, two different laptops. 1st allows me to choose "Clear Choice Plus"=date change at Rs.198. 2nd shows "Clear Choice Plus" - same Date Change feature at Rs. 867! No Max option at all. Same login, same dates, same flights!! Such a messed up CX.

@ICICIBank_Care - Had the most unsupportive experience with your wealth mgmt team when I reported a fraudulent transaction. Had to call my supposed RM, who has never reached out to me proactively, repeatedly to get him to share ICICI's approach to fraud.

@Pepperfry Let's try. Last I wrote to them was for another lamp I orderd at the same time-it couldn't be used at all coz one part wdn't fit into the other. They said too bad it's outside the 7 day return window (I was travelg & hadn't been able to check the product in time.) Still have it.

@Pepperfry @PepperfryC - Can you help me understand how you can ship something so sub-standard? This now-3-piece lamp started coming apart as soon as we started using it. Look at the quality of wood and the quality of nailing.
