@_callumstone Sold Trafford, savio, reinjders and more for more than we paid! If you understood football you’d see a very well run club. Jealousy clouds judgement

I haven’t posted for a couple of years… But here’s my simple thoughts on the Armageddon that seems to have occurred recently. 1/16

We need financial rules in the premier league to prevent what Man City did and they deserve to be punished. However the current rules are anti-competitive and exist only to stop ‘new money’ disrupting the legacy clubs’ stranglehold on success. We need a fair system.

@Stiff_FC I’ll hold my hands up & say so when I see the rules that were broken, and correct due process was followed during the case. I think bigger pic is, whether city are guilty or not, the way that the PL is set up and the financial rules used to ‘control’ any potential new money.

@CharlieBarnicle Why not counter their 3-1-6 and force their hand by going more offensive. Man for man don’t we claim to have better players? Swap Gordon and Rogers for Saka and Rashford - tonquick outlets and narrow 3 in the middle - possibly using Mainoo as a CDM

Weird how ‘they’ didn’t confirm Messi was onside for the first Argentina goal. ‘They’ve’ been showing confirmation after a goal has been scored when there was a question about offside in the buildup. Not this time though? Hmmmm.
