@f_renaville @orebrouni @KAU "Is it possible to connect Subito to Koha?" As long as they have an API #kohails can talk to, it definitely is. A specific "backend" for that service would need to be developed. Known backends are listed here: wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/ILL_backe…

@f_renaville @orebrouni @KAU "The time to get records imported [into #kohails] from Libris: every 15 minutes)". There is a cronjob that does this, which could be run more or less often. Our customers usually have it set to check for new data every 3 minutes.

@f_renaville @orebrouni @KAU "Manually registration not possible. Registration in Libris by ”empty form”". The Libris backend should have an empty form, so you can register ILL's that are made outside of Libris, and have the same workflow for both. If this is not working it is a bug that could be fixed.

@f_renaville @orebrouni @KAU What is meant by "No access to company support. Must develop own competence for development and management of the system or pay a consultant for it"? There are Swedish companies offering professional, long term support for #kohails.

Real game changer: #kohails is now developing an #ERM module (wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/ERM). Drawing on either open or proprietary knowledge bases, Koha will be set to handle online as well as print collections. A next-gen ILS with the low cost and flexibility of Open Source!
