Mr. Neier accuses Israel of committing genocide as it has: * Obstructed the delivery of humanitarian assistance, with those most affected are young children, not Hamas * Destroyed the farms, greenhouses, killed a large number of aid workers, challenged the ability of the UN agency distributing food * Allowed settlers to attack aid trucks, sabotage humanitarian assistance, and killed large numbers of Palestinians in the West Bank, with Israeli forces standing by or aiding assaults He concluded that * Israeli leaders must stand trial before ICC since he has no confidence in the Israeli system or its ability to prosecute abuses - as there has been many abuses over the years with no adequate consequences and hence the principle of complementarity doesn't apply. * It absurd to accuse the ICC of antisemitism, and that such accusation degrades the concept. * Antisemitism doesn't insulate the Israeli government from being held with the same standards as other governments. * It's a terrible thing to accuse anyone of committing genocide, but it's a more terrible thing that genocide should take place. * Jews can only be safe when everyone's right are respected and the rights of Jews are respected along the rights of everyone else.
