@LastPassHelp if I log in and try to open my notes they are blank. This happened once before and stopped after logging out and in again. This time it won’t fix. Happening on both browser and iPhone. Any help please?

@DHLParcelUK Hi, I haven't received any response over message. My parcel should have arrived on 5 January and it still says it's estimated to arrive then... two days ago. Can I get a response and update? I ordered the product for use today, so it's frustrating hearing nothing.

@askesure Your live chat says it's open 8am-8pm but it wasn't yesterday or today. I've been on hold for ages. I need to cancel autorenew as I have got new insurance elsewhere. This should be a button tick as I don't want to be upsold. Why is your live chat not working?

@MetroBank_Help That's a real shame for making online banking less accessible and encouraging people to replace their phones before it's needed. I'll be looking into switching banks as I can't only bank when with my laptop and a wifi connection.

@TalkTalk been waiting 1.5 hours for a response to my DM and after my DM chat with you yesterday failed to resolve the issue. Please can you respond to me? It's very irritating that the service status says everything is fine when it is clearly not.
