@JD_Dickerson1 @seandsweeney Also depends on kind of tear. I’ve been living with a second tear in a knee that had a previous meniscal repair for the past 6 years. I’m actively managing with a combo of Knee over Toe Guy exercise regime, turmeric for inflammation, and yoga, still continuing high impact sports.
