𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙗𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙘𝙮𝙘𝙡𝙚. If we look up the data from the past, every cycle has certain things in common. Call it a text book where a series of events happen over and over again in the same order. 1️⃣ BTC runs Every new cycle to date has ALWAYS started with bitcoin running first. It's also no rocket science to figure out why. Bitcoin is the most dominant crypto in the entire industry with also the highest amount of support. When this industry gets more media attention, more investors and more money inflow, it will naturally flow to btc first. The majority of people in this stage don't know anything about all those other 10 000 altcoins out there. Bitcoin runs first and is therefore a very strong leading indicator of better times to come. 2️⃣ ETH and the top 10 runs As the most popular altcoin in the world for quite some time and multiple cycles. It's also the coin that tends to run first right behind bitcoin. People are expressing the first signs of fomo after seeing bitcoin's gains and look to the second best thing. Along with googling other altcoins which almost all only show the top 10 by leading market cap. At this point, it's a leading indicator of a true altseason very soon on the horizon. 3️⃣ Alts run Bitcoin and ethereum can't keep going up astronomically. At some point demand slows down when they have made multiple multipliers and people either: - Don't want to buy at 10x prices anymore. - Already bought. At this stage of the market however the media attention on the market is HUGE. The stage has been set and people look beyond the "big daddies" of crypto. "What if there were others that have yet to see the astronomical gains bitcoin, ethereum and many others already had all these years?" Within a brief period, the prices of altcoins skyrocket as investors move their money out of Bitcoin and into other cryptocurrencies. Once prices start to rise, FOMO investment kicks in, causing a snowball effect which drives altcoin prices even higher to astronomical heights for a short period of time. ----------------------------- Many investors can make the majority of their profits for the year during an Altseason if they are able to sell their altcoins before Altseason ends and prices fall back to earth. Because make no mistake although at season created by fomo, greed and a snowball effect is absolutely great. These prices are also very overvalued by the very same principles at that point in time. And they will come back once the hype subsides. ------------------------------- The simple rundown? - Get ready when bitcoin runs. If you own a decent share of your portfolio in btc, consider to DCA-out of bitcoin and move into ethereum and leading high caps. - Get ready when ethereum runs. If you own a decent share of your portfolio in these, consider, Consider to DCA-out of these and move your funds and possibly go all into low caps micro caps and presales here. Take notes of the current narrative as well. These will enjoy even higher multipliers. - Get ready when alts run. This is the endgame of the cycle. While it will last for multiple months, it's here when you want to take FULL profits without rotating. It's here where you want to take a similar approach with a DCA-out strategy into stables or fiat to make your life for the better. There will be no perfect indicator to time the end of an alt season. Hence why I usually refer to using a DCA-out strategy for simple purposes. There are other ways but if you don't consider yourself a professional trader (and imo, most of us aren't) then avoid those. ------------------------------- Understanding the natural flow of the market can be pretty game-breaking if you play it well. Everybody wants to find the next 100x in Crypto, but few know where to start. Here's the Blueprint for determining whether or not your Altcoin can 100x in the next Crypto Bull Run👇 Firstly, we need to take a look at the Tokenomics and Market Cap. An Altcoin that already has a Market Cap of $1B is very unlikely to 100x. It would need to go to $100B, a level we are only used to seeing breached by $BTC, $ETH, $XRP and $BNB. $QNT - @quantnetwork is probably the only exception to this rule. $QNT has a $1B Market Cap, but flawless fundamentals. Therefore, it could potentially reach those levels. But that's the exception. In general, we are looking a project with a $500M Market Cap or less. A 100x from 500M -> $50B isn't unrealistic. For instance, in the past we've seen: $ADA -> $93B $DOGE -> $73B $LUNA -> $40B So, that's Market Cap. Next, we need consider Circulating Supply. Ideally, we want an Altcoin that has a Circulating Supply of 75% and above. Why? Well, we don't want tokens being dumped on the market, instantly de-valuing our positions. For example, an Altcoin has a price of $100, but only 10% circulating supply. Suddenly, the team dumps the remaining 90% of tokens on the market. Now, our tokens are only worth $10 each. You get the picture. $TRIAS - @triaslab provide an example of the flawless Tokenomics we want to see: Circulating Supply: 9.9M Max Supply: 10M We can see 99% of their tokens are in circulation. Also, the Max Supply is extremely scarce, 2x less than Bitcoin's. Only 1,000 people can hold 1,000 $TRIAS each. On top of this, projects like $TRIAS have token burning mechanism's, making the supply deflationary over time. So, that's an example of the ideal Tokenomics. $500M Market Cap or less and Circulating Supply of 75% and above. Next, we need to look at the fundamentals. We don't want to invest into a project with no product and no Real-World Utility. In-fact, there are several fundamentals that you MUST consider: - Project - Utility - Roadmap - Team - Community - Partnerships For Project, we want to see Real-World problems being solved. $RIO is the perfect example. @Realio_Network are allowing the average person to invest in Real-Estate and Real-World Assets, even if you only have $1,000. For Utility, we want to see several use cases and an active ecosystem. $INJ is the perfect example. @Injective_ have 170+ Ecosystem Projects using $INJ for: Transactions, dApps, Burning, Bridging, Governance and Staking. For Roadmap, we want to see Vision, Ambition, Progress and Hype in the Community. $DIONE is the perfect example. @DioneProtocol are generating HUGE amounts of hype with FOMO weeks, Marketing campaigns and actively delivering. For Team, we want to see expertise and experience in Blockchain. $KAS is the perfect example. @KaspaCurrency Founder, Yonatan Sompolinsky, invented GHOSTDAG Protocol and has been cited by Google and $ETH for his work. For Community, we want to see huge hype and engagement. $VRA is the perfect example. @VerasityTech have 305k followers on Twitter, with an average of 500-1,000 likes per tweet. For Partnerships, we want to see Enterprise companies with huge value and reputation. $MNW is the perfect example. @MNWSupplyChain have 100+ Integrated partners utilizing $MNW including: Fedex, Coca Cola, UPS, DHL & more. So, as you can see, there is a lot of criteria that needs to be met. The perfect project, will score a 10 in each area. After 100+ Reviews, $QNT is the only project to score a perfect 10/10. There are many others that have come close, that have huge potential too. Currently, the RWA TVL stands at $1.4 billion.
