For real if you want to progress physically you gotta feel bad for skipping the gym and make up for it. Don't kill yourself in the gym but make sure you cross your t's and dot your I's (sleep, diet, regroup/restart)

Not only mental health, but our physical health too. Many many people have reported brain fog, headaches and difficulty concentrating which all went away once they stopped using AirPods Emitting EMF directly into the head = not good - who would’ve thought!
I wonder if we'll eventually learn that AirPods have had a negative impact on our collective mental health. It now feels weird to take a walk or do the dishes without listening to a podcast or an audiobook. We are always consuming, rarely processing or letting our minds wander.
