@calibrated_lies @mattkratter @Snz_BTC MSTR's convertible notes have no margin call provisions, so no lender can force a bitcoin sale even in a crash. However, sustained btc weakness could eventually squeeze their ability to fund preferred dividends. But that is not the same as a margin call.
